It was one year ago this July, that my brother and I bought Campy Ravioli. As you can imagine
it has been a bit of a struggle staying afloat, even though my brother and I have picked up 15
new accounts over the last year. Prices of EVERYTHING have dramatically increased. My
vendors have been changing their prices on what seems to be a weekly basis, keeping me chasing
my tail. It's like wheat has suddenly become a commodity.
